Determining rule applicability, as well as understanding and interpreting rules and potential rule applicability is a service we provide. Verdant Environmental has worked extensively with the aerospace, petroleum, and manufacturing sectors and is well versed in all administrative and new source rules, as well as with sector-specific rules such as those that affect petroleum, combustion, and coating operations. Verdant Environmental is also experienced with ARB regulations affecting diesel combustion equipment and sources using global-warming refrigerants.
Verdant Environmental has participated with the Antelope Valley Air Pollution Control District on several rule development task forces as the AVAPCD rewrites its rules to more appropriately address local air quality issues. Regulation XIII (New Source Review) and Rule 1401 (Toxics New Source Review) are two of the rules the group has worked on in the past. Amendments to Rule 109 (Recordkeeping) are currently in process.
