Verdant Environmental personnel performed third party audits at a petroleum refinery and associated marine terminal for more than 7 years. We assessed both applicability of and compliance with a number of NSPS and NESHAP programs including Subpart J/Ja (flares/fuel gas monitoring) GGG/GGGa (fugitive emissions), QQQ (wastewater systems), K/Ka/Kb (storage tanks), UU (asphalt plant), GG (gas turbines), XX (bulk gasoline terminals), 40 CFR Part 61 Subpart FF (benzene waste organic NESHAP), and 40 CFR 63 Subparts CC/UUU (refinery MACT/refinery MACT II), R (gasoline terminal MACT), EEEE (organic liquids distribution) and Y (marine terminal MACT). During this period the client was always found to be in compliance when inspected by state and federal regulators.
